Three initial plans

Prices are fixed in USD, based on Japanese tax-inclusive listed prices. Applicable overseas taxes, transfer fees and conversion charges are confirmed in the quotation.

Character Creation

For teams that will decide how to use the character and need character production only.

Character Activation Design & Creation

For teams that want to define the character’s job, create it and plan how to use it.

The 90 days begin after delivery of the production work. Continuing is optional, with no automatic paid renewal. You may continue using the delivered character within its license even if you do not renew.

How we work

For plans with activation design, we define roles and touchpoints from the business, customers and challenges. For production-only work, we briefly confirm the motif, colors and overall feel before creating the character.

    Clarify the business challenge

    Review the business, its customers, and the current challenge, then determine whether there is a meaningful job for a character to perform.

    Define the audience and role

    Decide whose behavior or perception should change, then choose the primary role the character will perform.

  3. 03

    Choose where the character appears

    Identify the customer touchpoints where the character will do its job, such as the website, sales materials, social media, trade shows, or user guides.

  4. 04

    Create the character

    Design the motif, appearance, personality, voice, and expression rules around the role and intended use.

  5. 05

    Implement it at customer touchpoints

    Go beyond the finished character by preparing the visuals and initial activation direction needed for real use.

  6. 06

    Improve it based on responses

    Review how the character was used and how people responded, then decide the next activation and any needed visuals, comics, or videos.

Character Creation includes one character in three poses (one basic plus two variations), delivered as transparent PNG. The following examples primarily illustrate plans that include activation design; documents and plans are not included in production-only work.

For activation design plans, quantities, sizes and requested advertising visuals are agreed in the quotation. Sample images and PDF documents are in Japanese.

    The character’s distinctive shapes, proportions, colors, line work, drawing style, pose rules, and prohibited changes are documented.

Production within the allowance has no additional production fee. Any additional work and its price are presented and agreed before work begins.

Continuing after the 90-Day Launch is optional, with no automatic renewal. Even without renewing, you may use the delivered character within its license.

We review changes in responses to inform the next use. We do not guarantee effects attributable to the character alone or increases in sales or inquiries.

QR/URL accesses are not counts of people or inquiries. Sales, registrations and visitor counts require your records or separate verification.

Access conditions by plan

Character Activation Design & Creation (US$2,100) includes one free month of Navi after purchase. Character Creation (US$310) has no complimentary Navi benefit.

During the free month, users may send up to 50 messages in total. Navi replies do not count toward this limit.

After the free period, optional continuation is available through Navi alone at US$160 / month or Character Activation Support at US$630 / month, which includes Navi. Tool-only access excludes production and personal support.

The 90-Day Launch includes Navi during the 90 days of support after delivery. Activation Support includes access throughout its contract period. The US$160 monthly Navi fee is not charged on top.

Regular meetings, individual personal support or outsourced analysis, image/pose/comic/video production and AI chat development are not included.

This is an operational support tool for company staff, separate from customer-facing character AI chat. English UI availability in the separate app has not been verified; please confirm before subscribing.

Message limits and feature availability for paid use are specified in the contract terms.

“From” indicates the starting price for a basic scope. Content, quantity, complexity and revision scope are confirmed and quoted before work starts.

AI usage, server costs, maintenance and ongoing adjustments, if needed, are quoted separately from initial setup.

Additional pose — basic scope

One simple alternative pose of an existing character.

  • New character design is not included.
  • New costumes, complex props or compositions require a separate quotation.
Additional image — basic scope

One image using existing character assets, text and a simple layout.

  • Examples include social announcements, web images, notices and simple banners.
  • New character or pose drawings are not included. Any necessary additions are explained in advance.
Four-panel comic — basic scope

One simple four-panel comic using an existing character.

  • Structure, dialogue, cast, background and revision scope are confirmed in advance.
  • Complex backgrounds, large casts, detailed product depictions and extensive planning or scripting require a separate quotation.
Character video / animation — basic scope

Short, simple videos using an existing character.

  • For web, social media or simple explanatory animation. The quotation depends on duration, scene count, movement, voice/music and revision scope.
  • Website publishing or integration is not included. The starting price does not cover long or advanced animation.
AI character chat implementation — basic scope

Initial setup for a basic conversational feature using an existing character.

  • Voice, personality, response policy and guidance based on agreed company/service information.
  • Includes the chat interface, character display, agreed basic motions, out-of-scope response settings, basic usage limits, initial testing and adjustments.
  • New character creation is excluded. Perfect answer accuracy and complete prevention of prohibited responses are not guaranteed.
  • AI usage, server costs, maintenance and ongoing adjustments are not automatically included in initial setup or the US$630 monthly support. Operational requirements and costs are quoted separately.
  • Advanced individual personalization, full customer accounts and long-term history systems, advanced systems for personal/confidential information, fully closed environments, full CRM/core-system integration, medical/financial professional judgments and large-scale AI system development are outside scope.
Merchandising / third-party licensing — basic scope

Merchandising the character itself or licensing it to third parties.

  • Separate from ordinary commercial promotion of your own business; subject to the existing license terms and an individual agreement.
Rights assignment — basic scope

Assignable rights can be handled under an individual agreement.

  • Permission for commercial use does not mean copyright assignment.
High-volume / large projects — basic scope

Large quantities or longer periods within the existing production and activation service scope.

  • This is not a package for running events or managing all advertising operations.

Usage terms and exclusions

License, file formats and exclusions

Deliverables are licensed for promotion and public relations for your own products and services, including websites, social media, ads, sales materials, videos and flyers. Merchandising, third-party licensing and assignment of assignable rights require a separate quotation and agreement. Permission for commercial use is not copyright assignment.

Standard image delivery is PNG. Editable PSD, Illustrator and SVG source files are excluded. AI regeneration/modification and third-party provision follow the character rights/usage terms and individual contract.
