Analysis developed through doctoral research
I apply this research-trained process to understanding the business, its customers, and its customer touchpoints.
Applying a research-trained approach to character role design and activation.

PhD (Medical Science) / Character Design Research & Practice
As a researcher, I learned not to decide the answer in advance, but to observe, gather information, clarify the problem, and test hypotheses.
At YataLogic, I apply that approach to clarifying business challenges, designing character roles, and implementing them across customer touchpoints.
Rather than simply turning a request into an image, I work with clients to define who the character should reach, where it should appear, what it should communicate, and what action it should support.
The goal is not character creation itself, but a system that lets the character be put to work after delivery and developed in response to what happens.
My doctoral research experience informs how I approach the work. YataLogic does not provide medical services or offer or guarantee medical effects.
